Network WoMan ry has, since 1988, promoted new management culture in various ways. The Institute supports women’s advancement within the workplace and their chances of securing a management position and seeks to create equality in management, which benefits both sexes. We believe in cooperation, in the possibility of change, in new operational methods and ways to bear influence. As its name suggests, WoMan’s field of operations covers not just Finnish society, but also international challenges.
